On December 7, 2021, Daimler AG (“DAG”), Mercedes-Benz Canada Inc. ("MB Canada") and Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (“MBUSA”) reached a settlement with the Plaintiff in a Canadian class action regarding the emissions control system in MY09 to MY16 OM642 and OM651 BlueTEC II diesel vehicles sold or leased in Canada.  As part of this settlement, MB Canada is offering Owners and Lessees of the subject vehicles a modification to the vehicles’ emissions control systems, referred to as a Field Measure.
